- Today, the land is used for agricultural purposes. The long-range vision for the 2,650-acre land assemblage is a master-planned residential community. To efficiently capitalize future development, a Municipal Utility District was created in 2008.
- Located a short drive from downtown Dallas, the topography includes rolling terrain and numerous creeks.
